EGR Robotics successfully competed last year as a rookie team, receiving 8 FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) awards. This year, East Grand Rapids recognizes our team as a varsity sport, so we hope to continue to represent our school with a tradition of excellence.
We are here to inspire students in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics by solving problems in the field of robotics. We are out to set them on the path as pioneers of our future, to navigate successfully in a global community; lead us all to a healthier, happier, and smarter world, and to continue our school’s tradition of excellence.
EGR Robotics is fortunate to have great leadership, from both students and mentors. We work together but also divide and conquer with different subsections including a drive team, pit crew, coding, mechanical, marketing, and business, so everyone can get involved in various aspects of our team.
